Gin Beach is a town beach located at the end of East Lake Drive, Montauk. It is
ideal for easy swimming since it is on the sound and not the ocean. The water is so
clean and just across the inlet from Gosman's. You can watch the fishing fleet come
and go as you enjoy a day at this super & delightful beach. Bathrooms are available as
well as outdoor showers. There is also a hotdog wagon in the parking lot with all
the fixings in case you forget to bring a picnic.

To ensure that our guests enjoy their stay, we only permit 1 couple (2 adults) per unit
and do not take multiple room reservations. We are not a party place. We try to provide
an atmosphere offering peace & quite for guests who wish to relax. Unregistered persons
are not permitted on the grounds, in rooms or boats. Pets are NOT allowed due to
the serious, potential health issues involved. If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave
immediately without refund. A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation with
balance due upon arrival. A two night reservation beginning on a Saturday requires a
100% deposit. A reservation is a commitment for the full period requested.
Cancellations must be received at least three weeks prior to arrival & refunds are
subject to the rebooking of the accommodation less a $50 service charge.

SMOKING & CANDLES are NOT permitted in any of our rooms.
